When your Mind, Body and Spirit are healthy and harmonious you can do many things. My goal is to help you reach that.

My name is Leenah,I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist here in Hampton Virginia. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to work in the medical field and have a career where I could help people heal and feel better. My path to massage therapy, however, didn’t happen quite the way I originally imagined.
After the birth of my son in 2007, I stepped away from college and the medical career path I had been pursuing. Over the years, I became a mom of four and spent many years raising my children while also working as a preschool teacher. Along the way, I was given another title that would profoundly shape who I am today: special needs momma.
My experiences as a mother deepened my desire to care for and serve others, but they also changed the kind of healing I wanted to be a part of. Instead of pursuing emergency medicine or becoming a paramedic, I found myself increasingly drawn toward a more holistic approach, one that recognizes the connection between the body, mind, stress, and overall well-being.
In 2019, I returned to school to pursue that new path. I graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas in 2020, building a strong foundation in massage therapy. Since then, I have continued my education through additional courses and specialized training so I can offer my clients a broader range of therapeutic and restorative techniques.
My experience includes SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique), cupping, hot stones, trigger point work, prenatal and postpartum massage, trauma-informed massage, and spa treatments.
While techniques and education are important, what matters most to me is the person on my table. I believe massage should be more than simply an hour away from your busy life. It should be a place where you can slow down, feel cared for, and give your body the attention it deserves.
My passion is helping people feel better so they can get back to living, moving, and enjoying life. Every client comes with a different body, different experiences, and different needs, and I strive to create a massage experience that is personalized, compassionate, and focused on you.
I’m grateful that the unexpected turns in my journey ultimately led me here. What began as a desire to work in medicine became a passion for holistic healing, compassionate care, and helping others feel more at home in their bodies.
