We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

IMPORTANT!!!!!! 

 Prepayment is required to hold your appointment. your appointment is not made without prepayment and card on file. 

A credit card/Debit card is required on file for our cancellation/No show policy (you need to bring payment with you to your appointment). 

All credit card information is processed through a safe and encrypted card processor that I use for safe check out at each session as well.  

REMOVAL of your card or bank dispute on the charge will result in your appointments being canceled and no future bookings will be allowed.  

If you request a refund, you will also be charged the processing fees.   **Make sure you save your card for future use. Not saving a card on file will result in your spot being cancelled.   *** Please read the cancellation/reschedule policy below to keep from being charged for a missed appointment. 

Please bring your card with you to your session.  

 *Cancel / reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice: no charge and your prepayment will move over to cover your next appointment.  

 *Cancel / reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: your payment is kept and no longer valid for future appointment.  You can avoid this by sending someone in your place. If you are able to fill this appointment (they must keep the appointment): no charge to you, your prepayment can be used for your next booking if they keep the appointment.   

** No show / No notice:  If you do not show up for any reason, with no notice, you will be charged full price of the session booked. Do this 2x I will drop you as a client. You will also be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. 

BE ON TIME If you are late for scheduled session, your session starts without you.  You will receive the remaining time your scheduled; you will pay for the full time slot booked.  Arrive early (no more than 5 min) so that your session can start on time. All new clients please be sure to fill out your new client forms and send them back prior to coming so that it won't take up your session time.  

* Please understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made  will result in immediate termination of the session and session will be paid in full. Your information will also be given to the police department. Please also understand the Licensed Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate anyone for any reason.
