We ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment, that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your appointment.

IMPORTANT!!!!!! 

 Prepayment is required to hold your appointment. Your appointment is not made without prepayment and card on file. 

A credit card/Debit card is required on file for our cancellation/No show policy (you need to bring payment with you to your appointment). 

All credit card information is processed through a safe and encrypted card processor that I use for safe check out at each session as well.  

REMOVAL of your card will result in your appointments being canceled and no future bookings will be allowed.  

The prepayment will be rolled over to a new appointment if you need to reschedule and do so before the 48hr window. If you request a refund, you will also be charged the processing fees.   

 *** Please read our cancellation/reschedule policy below to keep from being charged for a missed appointment. 

Please bring your card or exact cash with you to your session.  

 *Cancel / reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice: no charge and your prepayment will move over to cover your next appointment.  

 *Cancel / reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: your payment is kept and no longer valid for future appointment.  You can avoid this by sending someone in your place. You just need to let me know they're coming in your place. If you are able to fill this appointment (they must keep the appointment and pay): no charge to you, your prepayment can be used for your next booking if they keep the appointment.   

** No show / No notice:  If you don't show up for any reason, you will be charged full price of the session booked. Do this 2x I will drop you as a client.  

BE ON TIME If you are late for scheduled session, your session starts without you.  You will receive the remaining time your scheduled for; you will pay for the full time slot booked.  Arrive early (no more than 10 min) so that your session can start on time. 

All new clients please be sure to fill out your new client forms and send them back prior to coming so that it won't take up your session time.  

* Please understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made  will result in immediate termination of the session and session will be paid in full. Your information will also be given to the police department. Please also understand the Licensed Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate anyone for any reason.
